Do you offer emergency callouts?

Yes, we offer emergency callout services for urgent issues such as those relating to safety, property damage, health, or interruption of water service. Availability depends on our current schedule, but we will always let you know honestly if we can get to you quickly.

Are you insured and qualified?

Absolutely. I, the owner of Clear Plumbing, hold a Unrestricted Master Plumbing license with the state of Georgia, we hold insurance for commercial and residential work, and are certified for many other services in the plumbing industry. We are certified for back-flow testing and EPA certified for refrigerant disposal. We have other related areas of training including OSHA, excavation, confined spaces, and many others.

How do you charge for jobs?

We have some standard price-book prices listed in the "Prices" page of the website. We provide clear, upfront estimates before starting any work. For some smaller repairs, we can often quote over the phone or via photos.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, all of our work comes with a one year service warranty. If something isn't right and it is related to our workmanship, we will come back and fix it at no extra cost. We take pride in getting things done properly the first time.
